Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: System has only reported repeat coliform samples since August 2009. I contacted Mike again and asked him to make sure a routine sample is reported in December. I had previously discussed this with him on 11/19/09. Routine sample taken on 12/1/09 and received at the state on 12/21/09 ACTION NEEDED: none
