Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Ken who is assisting Sam Cook, operator. Mr. Felton stated he already took the 4 repeats this morning. He is not sure of the cause. I reminded him to do the 5 temporary routines next month. December 28,2009 - Spoke to Ken Felton and he said lab sent in results of 4 repeats which he said were all negative. ACTION NEEDED: none
