Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine quarterly was positive. They took 4 repeats which were negative. The following month the 5 routines were positive. Discussed sampling technique and sites. Discussed disinfecting the well, not using swivel faucets and posting public notice within 30 days and sending the state and county a copy of the public notice. Emailed template and instructions for public notice. Emailed coliform sampling plan info sheet. Gave address to state. ACTION NEEDED: Check integrity of system, well, holding tanks, pipes, x-connections and any backflow problems. Can disinfect well if want to. Need to take 5 routine samples next month and submit results.
