Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 11/20/09 contacted George and Bruce regarding situation. In consultation with state and Daniel Hough made several site visits. System took 4 repeat samples, unable to get 5th raw tap sample due to a well collapse, well 3 of system appears to be source positive for Ecoli. System was placed on a boil water notice effective 11/20/09. Continues to have ongoing issues with chlorinator as well. As of 12/28/09 system has switched over to having water trucked in. Currently no well water being issued. This has been done as an emergency precautionary situation. System is undergoing maintenance. Will continue to monitor water and on ground situation. ACTION NEEDED: Maintenance and regular monitoring. System will be required to do compliance monitoring and daily monitoring of chlorine residual once system switches back to using well water after maintenance issues are complete.
