Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat DETAILS: Received alert 1/8/10 and sent letter 1/11/10 indicating corrective actions that need to be taken by system. Letter indicated additional repeat samples still needed to be taken from previous positive coliform test on 12/21/09. System in danger of becoming Significant Non Compliant. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 more repeat samples shock chlorinate system as needed take 5 routine samples in February 2010.
