Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 12/22/09 contacted Candy and explained to her that 4 repeat samples were needed by today and 5 more repeat samples will need to be taken again in January 2010. Candy had already submitted four repeat samples and on 12/23/ all samples came back negative. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 additional routine samples in January 2010
