Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke to Rae regarding positive coliform and she will conduct 4 repeat samples as soon as possible. Environmental Health Specialist set up meeting time for 1/19/10 to discuss calculation and overall water system due to violations which were for non submittal of reports. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat sample immediately and 5 routine samples in February
