Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Received alert of 6.1 for EP-A, over half the MCL. Contacted operator concerning result and discussed taking quarterly monitoring samples at EP-A to begin the 2nd quarter of 2010. At the end of the 4th quarter of 2010 an annual review will be conducted. ACTION NEEDED: Begin routine quarterly nitrate until the end of 2010
