Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: System missed nitrate test in 2009. I called bill and asked him to take a 2010 nitrate sample ASAP. Bill said he would and also mentioned they will have a new person as their certified operator but Bill will remain the contact person. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate test ASAP
