Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Sunny called to report the source sample also has total coliform. I received a copy of the public notice. Sunny is going to have the well evaluated by a well/plumbing company. I forwarded a copy of the well log to Tom Pattee at the state for review. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on well evaluation and advise operator on monitoring.
