Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary Survery follow up DETAILS: Plan review not approved for the new 138,000 gallons storage tank during sanitary survey on 9/17/09. Richard Pierce submitted the required paperwork to Marsha Fox and plan review was final approved on 1/22/10 and the new storage tank meets the requirements of the drinking water program/OAR"s.
