Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting lead & copper DETAILS: State database shows system is on 6 month sample schedule. They have been submitting yearly lead & copper and did not submit any test sample for 2009. Mike said that was because he thought since the numbers were below the action level they could skip a few years. I told Mike to submit a sample now and another sample in 6 months to comply with the 6 month sample schedule then the testing requirements could be reduced to every 3 years based on past samples and if the test results were above or below the action level. ACTION NEEDED: Submit lead & copper for 2010 & another sample in 6 months to return to compliance.
