Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed plan review for new spring box DETAILS: Don called regarding the order to install a new spring box and upgrade the water system serving Ernies Filling Station. He stated that he has retained Jim Smith, a civil engineer working out of St. Helens, to provide consultation services for installation of the new spring box. Don stated the spring box will be installed as soon as Mr. Smith can determine an appropriate location. We also discussed samples that were reported, but could not be entered due to missing information on the report forms. ACTION NEEDED: Don will re-submit coliform samples required by the previous adminsitrative order, and will submit plan review materials for approval of the new spring box before it is installed.
