Details:	SUMMARY: Pilot Butte Well 4, PR 171-2008. Well Building plans submitted DETAILS: Preliminary approval for this well construction was granted on 11/18/2008, and well construction (Well L100376) was approved by Springfield DWP office on 7/08/2009. This plan submittal is an electronic version of plans prepared by David Evans & Associates and included the piping configuration, well building, and associated details. ACTION NEEDED: City to notify DWP when project is completed.
