| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine +TC DETAILS: System had a routine sample from 4/12/10 come back present for total coliform. I spoke with Bruce 4/15/10-- he said lab notified them of the + yesterday, 4/14/10, and he immediately took 3 repeats (at original site, upstream, and downstream). He does not have the results yet but will let me know when he hears from the lab. As for possible causes, he indicated that there was a "y" connector on the original sample site when he went to collect the repeat sample and he does not know if it was removed prior to collecting the sample. He removed it and disinfected the hose bib prior to collecting the repeat. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time-- will wait for repeat results and go from there. | ||
