Details: SUMMARY: 2009 Nitrate follow up DETAILS: System violated nitrate reporting for 2009. Called system and inmate camp facility has not been in use for some time. Guard station still in use but does not qualify as a water system. System may open up again in fall 2010. Will submit info page to deactivate.
