Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: System did sample in 4th quarter. Spoke with Pete and he had taken the sample Nov 10, 2009. He faxed me a copy that I forwarded to the state. The copy was mismarked and Water Lab has submitted the appropriate copy to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to sample quarterly for coliform
