Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate violation DETAILS: Spoke with James and he had spoken with the lab and they are still trying to determine if the 2009 nitrate sample was taken. James said he would get the sample reported or take one for 2010 ASAP. Nitrate taken on 3/1/10 and received at the state on 3/11 result is non detect. ACTION NEEDED: none
