| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Initial phone call made to Debbie Fennell and subsequent message also to Lei. Coliform found present in sample 4/19/10. Instructed that 4 repeat samples and one source sample will need to be taken ASAP. The following month 5 temporary routine samples are required. Lei had been informed by someone that she might be able to nullify her sample findings and avoid taking extra samples. Told Lei contact with Rick Hallmark would be appropriate on that discussion. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats ASAP and 5 temporary routines next month or follow up on nullifying 4/19/10 results. | ||
