Details: SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Three significant deficiencies noted on 11/19/09 survey and all have been corrected. Return water line hose is now a food grade hose. Return water line opening has been sealed. System has developed and submitted a written coliform sampling plan that includes source sampling for repeats to satisfy the Ground Water Rule ACTION NEEDED: none
