Details: SUMMARY: Violation investigation DETAILS: Received call from Sherri at Box R Water Lab. Don Edwards was there to request some samples be taken. We had previously advised Don to do 5 temporary routines by today. He said he had just finished repairing a leak in the distribution system and flushing the line. He said he thought he should do a special.. I agreed since he is already in violation, it would be good to do specials to determine if the repair and flushing may have fixed the problem. I advised him to do 2 specials, one at the well and one up just below the reservoir in the distribution system. If they are good, then he should do 5 temporary routines next week. ACTION NEEDED: Do special samples today and 5 temporary routines as soon as the problem appears to have been fixed. 11.25.09 Actually advised to do 5 samples Dec, 2009 and make sure they are in distribution system and well.
