Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 1/28/10 DETAILS: Called left message for Steffany & Eric to make sure to take repeat samples with one being from the well head. They will also need to take 5 temporary routine samples in Feb. Steffany called & left voice mail indicating the samples were taken and all 4 repeats were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing & respond if necessary.
