Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Monitoring violation for no coliform 1st quarter 2010. Also, no result for 3re or 4th quarter 2009. Called operator Gay and left two messages regarding missing samples and to sample ASAP and get results to state. Will continue trying to contact system. ACTION NEEDED: Take on time quarterly coliform samples and get results to the state by the 19th of the following month.
