Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary survey follow up DETAILS: Met with Pat and confirmed she has obtained test kit and has written an Operations and Maintenance Manual. Pat informed me that on 4/9/10 she sent to the state a copy of the Cross Connection Enabling Authority and sent the state a copy of the 2009 CCR ACTION NEEDED: Providing the state has received all papers, deficiencies have been met.
