| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Contact made by phone with Matthew on 5/26/10 about high nitrate results, 9.6ppm on 4/29/10 and to discuss their progress with corrective action plans. Mr. Moore stated he was not aware that he had until the end of May to get a plan of action for the nitrate problem He thought he had until August. I told him it was clearly stated in the Amendement letter sent to him September 23, 2009 and I read it to him. He said he has gotten the city of Wilsonville to stop applying the solid application to the adjacent field and the last nitrate results were below 10ppm and the company feels with more monitoring they can show the nitrates will stay below the MCL. I told him to give Brad Daniels a call to let him know about this and to discuss a possible extension to the May deadline. He stated he would call or email Brad. ACTION NEEDED: Informed Mr. Moore to call Brad. | ||
