Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: One of 4 repeats positive for coliform. Called and emailed new operator Bill. Well source absent. Discussed chlorination, emailed recipe and emailed public notice template. System will chlorinate and take special verification sample. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate system, flush and resample to ensure corrected Take 5 temporary routines in July. Distribute public notice within 30 days and get copy to this office or the state. If all temp routines absent, can go back to 1 per month in August.
