Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies DETAILS: 6/1/10 - I have reviewed the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Operations Manual and coliform sampling plans and they have been completed and records should now reflect these have been corrected. I also confirmed the sanitary seal casing at SRC-AB is now watertight that significant deficiency has also been corrected. Scott Kilpatrick informed me he has sent paperwork in to the state to address the remaining significant deficiencies, namely, Annual Summary Report, Cross Connection ordinance/Enabling Authority and designation of a Direct Responsible Charge. ACTION NEEDED: Once the state verifies the deficiencies there will be no further action needed.
