Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 6/16/10 spoke with Karen via telephone that same morning. She is submitting 4 repeat samples to lab today and will take 5 additional routine samples in July 2010. Depending on results of the 4 repeat samples may need to issue a public notice and shock system. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples today, five additional samples in July 2010. Additional action may be required depending on the results of the four repeat samples.
