Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 6/21/10 spoke with Jim morning of 6/22. He had already submitted 4 repeat sample to lab 6/21 including a source water sample, and will take 5 additional routine samples in July 2010. Depending on results of repeats may need to issue a public notice and shock system. ACTION NEEDED: Five additional samples in July 2010. Additional action may be required depending on results of repeat samples.
