Details: | SUMMARY: DWPP Waiver, VOC monitoring reduction DETAILS: Well 12 went through the plan review process in June of 2009-- well 12 was considered incoporated into the delineated area based on its proximity to Wells 4 and 9 due to the fact that the shape and size of the source area would not change substantially. The initial monitoring results from well 12 yielded a positive detection for TCE and Toluene. An initial monitoring reduction was granted for well 12 with the exception detected constiuents. The Drinking Water Protection Plan Waiver for SOCs was retained along with the VOC monitoring reduction, but the sampling scheduled was modified by Region 2 Tech Staff to reflect the required quarterly monitoring for the detected constituents. A updated DWPP will be submitted to DEQ for recertification. Retention of the Drinking Protection Plan (DWPP) Waiver and VOC monitoring reduction is dependent on the certification of the DWPP.
