Details: SUMMARY: Repeat sample mislabeled DETAILS: I spoke with Curt about sample repeat that was mislabeled as a repeat possibly. There was no indicator on the described sampling done of a source sample being taken. Ruth at Alexin sas going to talk to rachel at the state about modifying test location so one of the repeat samples would be considered a triggered source sample ACTION NEEDED: Await outcome
