Details: SUMMARY: A routine coliform sample collected on 04-29-10 tested positive for total coliform. DETAILS: 05-03-10--- I spoke with Jerry today and discussed the repeat sampling requirement. 05-03-10---four repeat samples were collected and tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in May.
