Details: SUMMARY: Repeat and follow up DETAILS: Two of 5 repeat TC+ following 14 routine positive. Both well sources absent. Operator Al had already chlorinated reservoir 7/18/10 and will take special verification sample Wednesday. E-mailed system resolved public notice (PN) template. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute PN within 30 days and get copy to this office. Results of special sample will dictate future action. Take 5 temporary routines in August.
