| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Two Positive Coliform resamples DETAILS: Two of four samples taken 06-27-10 positive with Coli form. Spoke with operator Dee Kinzel on 06-29-10 who had already shut down water supplied to the public by bringing in pre-mixed soda, ice, bottled water and stopped food service activities on 06-23-10. Well #1 which contained a large amount of black liquid in the well vault was shut down and the facilities were getting water from Well #2 and 3. Bill Goss with DWP and Water Resource Dept Employee would be accessing Well #1. The operator took four additional samples at a Lab not certified with the State (Agri-Check Lab). Results from 06-30-10 were all absent and the Do Not Drink order was lifted based on those results. Reminded operator to take five routine samples in July. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples needed in July. | ||
