Details: SUMMARY: NO3 Violatio-di not report any for 2009. DETAILS: Violation ID 1011: System did not report a NO3 sample for 2009. Conducted SNSV on 04/26/10 and reviewed with operator all monitoring requirements and the need to submit an annual NO3 test. Steve indicated he would submit a test by the end of May. ACTION NEEDED: Submit NO3 sample.
