Details: SUMMARY: Resolution of NO3 Violation-did not report any for 2009. DETAILS: Resolution of Violation ID 1011, returned to compliance 07/06/10 per SDWIS. System did not report a NO# sample for 2009. Conducted SNSV on 04/26/10 and reviewed with operator all monitoring requirements and the need to submit an annual NO# test. Steve indicated he would submit a test by the end of May. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit NO3 samples annually to remain in compliance and avoid becoming a significant non-complier.
