Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up items to sanitary survey on 12-08-09. DETAILS: The system had been closed and inactivated from January to May, 2010. In June 2010 a new business owner leased the building and opened a new restaurant. Met with new owner and manager on 07-07-10 and again on 07-08-10 n site to discuss what is required of the PWS, as well as go over the survey that was conducted in December 2009 and how they can correct the deficiencies. Reviewed where the system is located, the tests that are required and when the test must be submitted. Also reviewed all the deficiency items that were identified in the 2009 survey and what needs to be done to correct those. ACTION NEEDED: Review 2009 survey and correct deficiencies as noted.
