| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample and source sample [positive for sample date 06-10-10. DETAILS: I asked Debbie to submit a [public notice to me and the State. They have a total coliforn positive violation because of the positive sample at the well head and dist system. They were asked to up the chlorine residual to 202ppm chlorine. Debbie said she sent the public notice to the State and are trying to maintain residual in the system. I asked them to take 5 temporary routines next month and make sure chlorine residual is maintained in the system. James Nasrala suggested doing a special sample. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor results and follow up if necessary. | ||
