Details: SUMMARY: Routine total Coliform positive for sample date 04-08-10. DETAILS: I asked Diane to do four repeat samples. One at the source , one at the original site and two more at different points in the distribution system according to the coliform sampling plan. I asked her to do five temporary routines next month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up testing.
