Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring and Reporting DETAILS: Alert ID:17796 COLI This si a second follow up to CLOI Alert on 06-25-10. I called David Orange to sample (triggered sample) at the well head and take three samples labeled repeats according to sampling plan. The next month he should do five temp routines in the system. At this point he has three violationd. ACTION NEEDED: More testing may be needed because only one repeat sample was taken.
