Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to positive repeat samples DETAILS: A system visit was done on 8/23/10. An evaluation of the system was done and public notice given to operators. The system has had a series of line breaks that may have contributed to the total coliform problem. The system chlorinates and had boosted their chlorinator. It was reading 0.7 ppm during the site visit. Inspection was done at the well #1 house, well #2 house/pressure tank, and cistern. There were no obvious signs of contamination. During the inspection of the Well #1 building, it was noted that some corrections were needing to be made: chlorinator currently injects into the top of the well and the raw sample tap was not plumbed correctly. A letter was sent on 8/24 to Chris Allen about the corrections. There was also a significant amount of corrosion on the well cover. A recommendation was made to clean and paint those areas heavily corroded. A "special" sample was taken to Table Rock Analytical that tested absent (8/24). Five more temp. routine samples were brought in on 8/24. Results will be available on 8/26. ACTION NEEDED: If the 5 routine samples collected on 8/24 are negative, public notice can be withdrawn. System is to correct the well house deficiencies by Jan. 1, 2011.
