Details: SUMMARY: VIOLATION #2709606 - Routine Coliform DNR DETAILS: I contacted Pete about missing sample. He said he was sure the lab had taken the sample. I received a call from Maria at Waterlab and she said a second quarter sample was taken but did not get rreported (due to error) and would send a copy to DHS DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Third Quarter TC sample.
