Details: SUMMARY: Violation 3340509 was assessed for failing to submit a one time arsenic sample DETAILS: 5-3-10 --- I spoke with Sheila today regarding th e arsenic sample: She said she will call the lab to see if they have a record of a sample and if not she will collect one. 6-8-10 --- An arsenic sample was submitted and tested less than the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed.
