Details: SUMMARY: Annual Nitrate test above 1/2 MCL DETAILS: Baldinis tested above 1/2 MCL for nitrate in January 2010. Sent letter to system 8/17/10 explaining they need to switch to quarterly sampling for a period of one year, and after one year can switch to annual monitoring (depending). ACTION NEEDED: Switch to quarterly monitoring beginning fourth quarter 2010.
