Details: SUMMARY: Routine TC + for sample date 08/17/10. DETAILS: Contacted Mr. Lee to let him know that he park had a routine positive total coliform for ample date 08/17/10. I let him know that they need to take a triggered source sample and three repeat samples in the distribution system. They will also need to take five temp routine samples for the month of Sept. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling & respond if necessary.
