Details: SUMMARY: Routine Active for sample date 07/29/10. DETAILS: contacted Chris Lewis and he indicated that Brian was of town. I let Chris know that he needed to take a source sample and three distribution samples. I If the samples came back absent of TC they would need to take five temporary routine samples for the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond as necessary.
