Details:	SUMMARY: Compliance Requirement with new GWR. DETAILS: Spoke with Lori Dotson on 08/11/10. Lori said that she hired Dan Rietz with Oregon Water Services and has already paid to have a new storage tank and chlorinator installed with gingerbread Village to comply with the new GWR. She also said that Dan stated plans were submitted to Lane County / State for proposed work. Lane County has not received any plans as of 08/11/10 and SDWIS does not show plan review in the works, Lori is going to call Dan today and required that action be taken by the end of the weeks. 08/13/10 ACTION NEEDED: Plan review required ot be submitted to Marsha Fox by 08/13/10 for new storage tan and chlorinator.
