Details:	SUMMARY: Violaion follow up from missed second quarter 2010 bacteria. Violation ID # 857809 DETAILS: Called Susan 8/3 and discussed missed quarterly sample. She said Pyxis lab didnt test on time and she called then and they came out and sampled ASAP which was July 14 and result absent. Second quarter missed, but July sample puts them back on track for third quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time quarterly samples.
