Details:	SUMMARY: Violation - failure to report 1st quarter coliform 2010. DETAILS: I informed Terry Hummel of the violation . The lab did not send in the test result and Mr. Hummel just received the test result for the 1st quarter of 2010 recently. He will send in the test result to the State DWP. I also informed him of the public notice requirement and directed him to the state DWP website. He will post notice and send a copy to the state DWP. ACTION NEEDED: He will send In public notice DWP.
