Details: SUMMARY: Turbidity Standards Not Met (95% NTU) for July 2010, violation ID 3149005. Public Notice requested. DETAILS: System required to post a Tier 1 public notice due to turbidity standards not being met (95%NTU) for month of July 2010. Spoke wit Steve on 08/19/2010 and he indicated that the system had already posted a tier 1 public notice. He will provide me with a copy of the notice and I will forward tit he state. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
